Find someone or something that holds you accountable and make sure you find joy in the journey because that is really the secret sauce.

For example, phenotypically, I think that structural soundness is that they have a hock that's properly constructed, that they have freedom of movement, that they have good udders, that they have calving ease, particularly in the virgin heifers.
