Preserving the Legacy of a Mindset

Legacy. It’s important to many of us. The legacy of the land we ranch on, the accomplishments of our family and lifestyles we live.

But what about the legacy of our mindset? The accomplishments, innovations and improvements of our ancestors didn’t come from a mindset that was stuck in a comfort zone.

They came from survival & growth mindsets.

The pioneers needed to adapt to survive. Having a comfort zone wasn’t an option.

We respect and hold on to the legacy of the pioneers and all that they built to the point that tradition can be an anchor holding us back from discovering new methods and ideas.

If we want to be like these pioneers and preserve their legacy, why don’t we push to be innovators and dreamers like they were?

What family innovation, change or accomplishment are you proud of?
